Brian Ondrejka is the owner of Kansas Angling Experience Guide Service out of Lawrence, Kansas. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he prides himself in being a multi-species outfit; leaving no bite left behind 12 months out of the year-whether it be Walleye, Wiper, White Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, and Crappie. Kansas Angling Experience Guide Service started in the summer of 2015. Brian has guided hundred and hundreds of successful fishing trips, and his main goal has always been helping people get the most out of their fishing time and budget.
Brian guides on Clinton Lake, Coffey County Lake, and Melvern Lake. He is an avid tournament angler with East Kansas Bassmasters, as well as Pro Staff for Alumacraft Boats, Bass Pro Shops, Fox River Lures & Rods, Walleye Nation Creations, LLC, MOtion Fishing Co., Bink’s Pro Series Spoons, and Fle Fly Fishing Tackle. He has appeared on Jason Mitchell Outdoors Television, and guided several renowned fishing YouTubers such as Andrew Flair and Milliken Fishing. Brian has also been featured in several In-Fisherman articles, as well as the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, & Tourism magazine, and Great Plains Game & Fish.
Brian is a strong believer in CPR (catch, photo, release) of large Walleye, Largemouth Bass, and Smallmouth Bass. He feels that it is the sportsman’s responsibility to protect the resource, but also likes to take some eaters as well. Services do include cleaning and packaging your Walleye, Wiper, White Bass, or Crappie filets for you if that is the route you choose.
Brian’s passion is fishing, enjoying the outdoors, and the excitement of catching fish. His goal while fishing is to pass his knowledge and enjoyment to his clients. “I want to have fun and catch fish, but I also want you to know the ‘Why, What, and Where’ of it all, so that you can enjoy the excellent fisheries that Kansas has to offer.”
